Stewardship Manager - Mass Participation, a 12 month contract, joining a National Health Charity. Offices based in London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, West Midlands, Newcastle, Liverpool or Bradford. Open to locations and home working.

As the Stewardship Manager - Mass Participation, working as part of the Mass Participation Department, working internally, you will focus on:

Developing supporter journeys with the Campaign Managers and Product Managers and work strategically with the Marketing Manager to align acquisition and retention activity across the portfolio of Mass Participation products.
Providing best practice to team members, ensuring all communications sent out are engaging, compliant and impactful, and are tailored to supporters based on their actions and preferences.
Developing supporter segmentations and ensure marketing selections are data and insightled, delivering an improvement on retention rates and the lifetime value of supporters.

We are looking for you to have proven knowledge and experience of:

Supporter Stewardship, Supporter Journey's, gained within a Mass Participation Fundraising (Challenge or Community), Marketing or Supporter Care setting.
Experience of managing successful supporter communications and journeys and analysing audiences, fundraising results and developing improvements based on results.
Excellent communication skills to work across multiple teams and develop, brief and communicate plans and requirements to others.
Excellent knowledge of GDPR, legislation relevant to fundraising and data protection

Salary is based on experience, location and attendance to the London Office; (with LW £36,670 - £40,350). National (£33,170 - £36,850).
