At Masterclass, we are recruiting for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (
HLTA) for our primary schools in the Wakefield area. The schools provide a happy and safe environment where the learners can thrive in their education and development.

Job role:

To support the learner's development across all areas of their development
Teach students in the absence of the teacher.
Support and encourage positive behaviour management.
Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling students to feel relaxed and happy
To establish positive relationships with the students and staff within the school
To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every student has the chance to be the best they can be.
