Here at Wates, we have an opportunity for a Site Surveyor to join our Living Space division in Birmingham.

You will join a team of experienced surveyors working on some fantastic projects whilst working alongside our existing social housing partners.

The key objectives of this role:

Measurement - Due to the nature of the Contract there will be a requirement for measurement of the Properties that have been provided by the Client.

This will include site visit and measure of the main external components for example roof, brick repointing, external decorations etc.

Procurement - Working within the Commercial Team to Procure the Works packages upon the success of the above points.

This is to include producing a procurement programme and to liaise with the operation team to procure all the work's packages in a timely manner.
