Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees in a fastpaced environment
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards
- Train new team members on job duties, safety procedures, and customer service protocols
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including bartending, cooking, and food production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food production processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
Salary:
From £28,000.00 per year
