£30,000 to £33,000 per annum
Introduction
Swiis operates a hybrid working model, allowing our staff to split the working week between office and home working.
The role
As the Social Media/Digital Content Creator you will work closely with our Digital Media Executive as well as our Creative Media/Graphic Designer to plan and create the content calendar.
You will be responsible for the ideation, development, and creation of content for our various channels such as social media, website, podcast, external newsletter, and any other materials whose function it is to build our brand awareness.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
- To work cohesively and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and the Creative Media/Graphic Designer to plan, create, and develop social and digital content
- To undertake the management of social media calendars
- To create brandfocused and industry 'interesting' messages for regularly scheduled posts
- To liaise with photographers and videographers when needed for photo shoots
- To work with the company's PR professionals to develop storytelling for social and digital platforms
- To ensure all content and messaging follow brand guidelines
- To review competitor online content and ensure appropriate information is included in the company campaigns
- To report on social media performance and other related metrics to inform future performance and planning.
You will need to demonstrate that you are a confident Content Creator with evidence-based experience in digital communications and social media content creation.
This unique role balances creative/videography/design to assist Swiis in becoming market leaders in the industries that we support through the creation and promotion of superior content.
Essential qualities
Swiis are looking for someone who is passionate about socials, and who thrives in the creative process and production.
You must:
- Be proactive with a good eye for detail.
- Have the ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership of all duties and tasks assigned
- Have a degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or experience in Marketing
- Be organised & creative
- Have impeccable written and verbal English
- Be proficient in InDesign
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5pm.
