About the programme
In our Transaction Diligence team, you can enjoy getting to know our clients big and small. No matter the scale, each client challenge brings with it exciting revelations and opportunities to hone your skills.

You'll become a vital member of the team, bringing confidence to organisations by analysing the risks that come with buying or selling all or part of a business.

Specialising in financial due diligence offers you the chance to see multiple industries in action while developing your own understanding of how businesses operate, what it takes to run them successfully and how we guide those businesses into the future.

This is where you can put down some roots, discovering success through a variety of high-profile projects.


What will you be doing?

  • Working in our UK & Ireland (UK&I) or Financial Services (FS) businesses to analyse financial information, identify key trends and develop an indepth understanding of the mechanics of each business.
  • Communicating with client or target management to understand deal issues.
  • Working in project teams, to produce reports summarising the key findings of our financial due diligence.
  • In Financial Services, you'll also spend time in Assurance, gaining valuable accounting experience.

Programme duration
Three years


Qualification/s you will gain
With ICAS

Level 7 Apprenticeship in Accountancy and Taxation (equivalent to a master's degree).
