Join the team that maintain ownerships of production, reporting, analytics for ICAAP, capital risk and Risk Appetite scenarios.

You are a motivated team player with investigative mindset, ready to take initiative and solve problems independently. Additionally, you have relevant experience e.g. within credit risk or finance. You have found the right team.

The International consumer credit forecasting function is responsible for reporting and forecasting of loan losses, allowances and capital. The team maintain ownerships of production, reporting, analytics for ICAAP, capital risk and Risk Appetite scenarios.

In addition, this team is responsible for providing insights to key business partners on macroeconomic developments, risk appetite and capital adequacy.


You will support capital risk and risk appetite lead to support new business initiatives and regulatory submissions across risk stripes and geographies.

You will have substantial interaction and collaborate closely with all key stakeholders within Legal entity Risk, Finance, Controllership, Program Management, as well as colleagues within the Forecasting teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project management and of the ICAAP process for International Consumer Risk
  • Provide support and insight with project management and organization of new initiatives
  • Prepare analysis on macroeconomic trends and risk appetite for ongoing monitoring and to support strategic decision
  • Support with risk appetite policy reviews, development and reporting, as well as proactively make changes as required by the business strategy
  • Advisory role for capital risk related topics across multiple internal stakeholders
  • Regularly prepare presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders

Job Requirements:


  • Knowledge of capital principles (predominantly credit risk)
  • Experience with preparing presentations with charts and graphs as well as comfortable in data aggregation in Excel
  • Strong project management skills dealing with multiple stakeholders and priorities at same time, as well as delivering high quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to translate economic or technical language into intuitive forms
  • High level of confidence and strong verbal and written communication skills to manage frequent interactions outside immediate team
  • Interest and ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
