£30,000 - £35,000 per annum + benefits
Office Hours pm - Monday - Friday

**Office Angels are pleased to be working with this successful construction company who are looking to add to their successful and busy Administration Team.
A small, friendly, yet professional team with over 40 employees within the firm, you will support the team and MD from the office, working within a busy administration function.
What will the role entail?
Reporting to the MD and administration / account team you will be involved within:
- Corporate compliance (such as energy audits, sustainability administration),
- Operatives paperwork (inc starter registrations, expenses, travel for sub contractors and staff)
- Shift administration for contractors
- Liaison with the insurance companies, managing incidents and recording / updating files
- Central filing management
- Working digitally using cloud based files/systems
- Basic HR responsibilities
- Client & staff hospitality/entertainment; booking venues, invites, organising days etc
What skills do I need?
Knowledge of PAYE and construction sub-contractor schemes would be an advantage, but not essential.
A sound Administration background and the ability to work under pressure with excellent numeracy, common sense and attention to detail with accuracy.
(Training will be provided on the in house databases).
