Earls Court.

Do you have experience in as a Branch Director or Manager of a busy office? Have you experience of growing a London office and successfully managing a dynamic team? We have a residential sales Branch Director position available to take over and run one of our vibrant London teams.

As a branch director you will play a key part in proactively maximising business opportunities within the branch and across the Division, and developing a sales team offering exceptional customer service to your buyers and vendors, along with our solicitors, mortgage consultants and other parties.

You will report to our Regional Director.

Responsibilities of a sales branch director include:

Maximise the revenue opportunities
Ensure the company's customer service standards are of the highest at all times
Support your team members by providing timely and appropriate advice and guidance
Provide advice and guidance on relevant legislation as required
Ensure your branch is operating at the highest level of compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements
Work with the Regional Director to agree an annual business plan and regular quarterly targets
Report accurately on your branch's performance

At KFH we are looking for a Branch Director with a proven track record in managing and developing a Central London sales team and vast experience in valuations.
