IAE is looking to appoint an Administration Apprentice within our Production department based at our Head Quarters in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent.

- Communication with internal and external parties

- Creating picking lists and works orders

- General administration

- Understanding engineering drawings

- Stock control

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a willingness to work towards the apprenticeship and show the right aptitude and commitment.

Typical duration of the apprenticeship is 18 Months, which includes a week long residential development programme in the Peak District.

During the programme you will take part in a number of indoor and outdoor activities to help you develop both personally and professionally.

The above position will be rewarded with a permanent contract, progressive rates of pay, 32 days paid holidays per year plus loyalty days (up to 34 days), auto-enrolment into our pension scheme which includes 5% employer contributions and employee life insurance.

Other benefits include company sick pay, an optional company saving scheme, and a cycle-to-work scheme. All employees are encouraged to develop within their role, therefore additional training will be given where necessary.
