***The Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust (Diocese of Salford) is dedicated to providing an outstanding Catholic Education to our pupils. We are seeking to expand our central team and appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Head of People and Culture to support our executive and leadership teams. As a growing CAT, this is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and develop the people strategy, and operational delivery of Emmaus CAT's long-term vision for its people.

This post would be suitable for:
A senior HR professional with experience of delivering a people strategy and operations in a multi-site organisation.

The role:

The Head of People and Culture will help enable the strategic and operational delivery of the Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust's long-term vision for its people.

The post holder will
report to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead the development and implementation of plans, processes, systems, policies and other initiatives to recruit, develop and
retain the Trust's talent at all levels.

This is a high-profile role for an inspirational individual. With a flexible and calm approach, you will share best practice across our schools, draw on the talents of staff and build on
our many strengths.
