Customer Service Advisor - Portadown - Hybrid Working Available
Our client, a successful energy firm based in the Portadown area have a requirement for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- To resolve problems to customer's satisfaction within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently.
- Logging of site visits, including organising part orders and delivery
- Producing quotes
- Maintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing including processing of credit card transactions
- To achieve KPI Targets as set by the Service Manager.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales.
- Recording and tracking sales.
- To develop and maintain a full knowledge of Kingspan's products and services.
- Provide a high quality professional service to internal & external customers
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships e.g. field engineers
- To ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Any other ad hoc duties which may involve direct contact with other departments.
- Maintain and promote a compliance culture throughout the organisation in order to ensure the highest levels of integrity, honesty and professionalism.
- Promote the highest possible standards of health, safety, environmental, quality and product compliance, ensuring that compliance is an integral part of the business and our requirements and procedures.
Essential Criteria
- Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environment
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability and desire to sell
- Effective & active listening
- Ability to manage information and process in accurate and timely fashion
- A positive, confident and determined approach
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong customer focus and high attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent IT Skills
Desirable Criteria
- Third level qualification in Customer Care / Sales
