An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Permanent, Full Time, Deputy Head of Linen Services, based at
West of Scotland Laundry.

This is a
Band 7 position.

It is
essential that you have a current UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.


The post holder will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the West of Scotland Laundry facility in the provision of a quality linen services to NHS Lanarkshire, NHS Ayrshire and Arran and NHS Dumfries and Galloway.


You will have sound working knowledge/experience of legislation as it applies in a commercial/factory environment(eg Health and Safety, environmental, working time directive, etc.) along with excellent Health and Safety knowledge and experience, e.g COSHH, manual handling, fire safety, risk assessments, etc.

Post holder will also be working to and achieving production related targets.
