Residential Property Valuer - £25,000 basic DOE + comms


Ambitious Group are working with one of the leading independent Estate Agents in Darlington, to help them secure a new Residential Sales Valuer.

You will be responsible for bringing a variety of different properties to the market.

You will be fully supported by the office negotiators and admin staff with the marketing of the properties and also chasing of past valuations.


This is a superb opportunity for someone who is currently valuing to have a more autonomous role and larger patch to operate in.


What you will be doing

  • Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market
  • Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers
  • Booking and chasing up valuations
  • Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions
  • Identifying opportunities for new business
  • Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business
  • Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office
  • Prospecting for new business

What you will have

  • A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market
  • You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge
  • FULL UK driving licence and own car
