Hire Desk Administrator to join a leading Hire Company based in
Inverness
Part-time, on-site and no weekends

What will your day look like?

  • Responsible for Depot administration
  • Order processing and ensuring all details are correct
  • Liaising with wider business to ensure smooth operation
  • Liaising with drivers and communicating information to relevant department
  • Generating and completing relevant documentation
  • Processing timesheets and holiday forms through in house systems

The successful person will be:


  • Efficient in using MS Office, especially Excel
  • A team player
  • Experienced within Administration
