EMC Project Team Leader

Location:
Bristol

Salary:
£48,000 to £55,000 + Pension, Bonus & flexible working


Working within a world leading, technical engineering organisation, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an EMC Project Team Leader within a highly skilled and expanding EMC projects team.

You'll work alongside the current group lead and manage a team in Stevenage and Bristol.

The team advises all complex weapon programmes from the beginning to through life support using a team of highly skilled team members.


You'll work with extensive military EMC test capabilities that will be used to qualify product developments against the MODs electromagnetic environment requirements.

In addition to supporting the project teams directly, you will be managing and coordinating the project activities your team performs.


EMC Project Team Leader skills and qualifications required:

  • You'll possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage activities whilst championing the development of your team-
  • Knowledge of electrical, electronic and electromagnetic engineering is desirable but not essential. The role will require knowledge of EMC, however this can be developed in role.-
  • A proactive, willing, helpful attitude and a calm professional manner, even when things are changed at the last minute.
