You'll use your excellent customer service and administration skills to take incoming telephone calls and direct these to appropriate person within the business, whilst also providing ongoing, administrative support to our claims departments to assist in delivering a high stand of service to our customers.
The team culture is supportive, and focussed on developing one another.As a Business Support Administrator you can expect to:
- Liaise with colleagues and key stakeholders to investigate new ideas and initiatives to improve working practices and procedures.
- Provide assistance to the rest of the department to ensure work is processed to the appropriate quality standard in a timely manner as and when required.
- Ensure that any communication to our customers, colleagues, suppliers or regulatory stakeholders is dealt with in a clear, concise and honest manner whilst ensuring that it remain sensitive and empathic to the customers, suppliers and businesses partner's needs.
- Identify complex cases which require detailed attention, exceptions to the standard claims procedure i.e. employee claims.
- Experience of working within an office environment
- Excellent ability to communicate at all levels to build relationships with customers, business partners and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to change, and work well under pressure
- Data entry experience, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
