Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an Administrator in London. Looking for an experienced worker who is available immediately.THIS IS A PERMANENT PLACEMENT WORKING FOR A WELL-ESTABLISHED BUSINESS IN LONDON.
Job description:
- Answering calls and dealing with supplier/customer queries
- Booking work via the computer system
- Ordering supplies, producing invoices and statements
- Credit control via accounts software
- 8.00am 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- 3 years of administration experience
- MS office literate
- Experience using Sage accounts preferred
- Friendly, approachable and well presented
- Available to interview immediately
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
