WHAT TO EXPECT
This role will provide business support to the Sustainability Director and First Line within the Sustainability Office.


Given the strategic nature of the work undertaken within the Sustainability Office, this role will provide exposure to and engagement with a wide range of stakeholders both across the business and externally, with daily contact with execs and management across all enterprise chapters.


As PA/Coordinator, you will need to be flexible and work proactively to find solutions, providing high quality support to the Sustainability Director, First Line and wider SO team.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full diary management for the Sustainability Director
  • Management of events and travel
  • Coordinating external visitors/partners, managing NDAs and arranging meetings
  • Acting as a point of contact for the team and wider business on general sustainability queries
  • Attending meetings as required, coordinating strategic agendas, taking notes/minutes and actioning followups
  • Support with audit readiness activity and managing budget

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Experience of supporting at director level, preferably within a large, global organisation
  • Demonstrable experience of organising events
  • Excellent skills in relation to

Microsoft Office Suite:
Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Proven ability to work constructively in partnership with a range of individuals
  • Effective coordination and ability to manage long term planning requirements
