Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Main duties would involve placing and answering calls (no sales or cold calling) and capturing all the relevant information efficiently and accurately, whilst providing an excellent customer experience.

The Role:
- Based in Liverpool (Birkenhead location available)
- Salary: £ 19,028 per annum (pro rata for parttime)
- Dealing with basic customer enquiries
- No sales or cold calling
- Hours hours per week
- Operating hours: Mon-Sun: 7am9pm
- Excellent training and development
- IT equipment provided
Experience, Skills, and Attributes
- Excellent Communications & Customer Service Skills with people at all levels
- Ideally previous experience within a telephonebased environment
- Professional approach at all times
- Great written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy a busy environment
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Attention to detail crucial
Need to be able to pass standard DBS and CCJ checks.
