HR Advisor - Shirley, Solihull
Full Time, Permanent

We have an exciting role available for an HR Advisor to join our HR team, based at Head Office. You will support the HR Team with all people activities across our branches/offices and with our 400+ colleagues.


Key tasks will include:

  • Provide advice to managers on all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, absence, grievance, and performance matters
  • Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
  • Work closely with the HR team to support the successful delivery of all HR processes, policies and systems, including administration and reporting
  • Responsible for administration for the HR Team
  • Promote the culture and values that foster a positive working environment
  • Support the HR team to drive positive employee engagement activities
  • Support recruitment coordination including communicating vacancies/advertising/ liaising with agencies
  • Support training coordination sourcing/liaising/booking/communications
  • Collaborate with HR team to coordinate apprenticeships
  • Support the HR team to deliver key projects
  • Using a collaborative approach to find solutions and ensure satisfactory outcomes
  • Promote and improve HR services for the benefit of the organisation

Person & Skills


Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified, whilst experience working with Human Resources Information Systems would be beneficial, specifically Access PeopleXD.
