Service Advisor

£22k - £29k DOE / £10k bonus

Finchley Road

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm) / 1 in 3 Saturdays (8.30am - 4.30pm)


Our client, a Motor Trade main dealer group based in Finchley Road, are searching for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy team.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department.
  • Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out.
  • Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business and the customer.
  • Advising on technical queries or issues.
  • Cross selling customer repairs and parts.
  • Accurately maintaining the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
  • Finalising the invoice on completion of required work.

Your Background & Skill:


  • Proven experience working in a busy dealership, as a Service Advisor (1 year +)
  • Wellpresented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers (which lead to customer loyalty and referrals).
  • Excellent communication skills.
