E portfolio/One File Lead

The e-Portfolio Lead will work with the Curriculum Manager, Quality, Compliance and the Delivery Team, to develop and lead with our e
- portfolio platform. You will have a great eye for detail and be able to communicate effectively to ensure the continuous development of our digital platform enhancing our learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

To support with E portfolio training with learners/employers, new/existing staff in the business
To manage the daily One File tasks
To upload resources

- including digital recordings of workshops

To create eportfolio courses

- communicating and allocating courses

To download One File reports and monitor concerns, attending MI/compliance meetings
To create templates and support with TLAP's and admin tasks relating to One File
Attending regular meetings with the sales consultant from One File, developing your own CPD
Auditing usage of One file

About you:

You will have at least 1 years' experience
Be highly motivated, persuasive, persistent and patient
Have the ability to provide effective feedback
An excellent communicator
Have good administrative skills, be flexible, adaptable and be able to cope under pressure
