Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a trusted and market-leading Building maintenance services company.

Our client are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to perform door shaving, trickle windows and changing lightbulb fittings in occupied properties.

Requirements:

A CSCS Skilled Card
At least 23 years' experience as a Multi-Trade Operative (within domestic settings)
Proven knowledge within Carpentry and patching work
