Description

Customer Delivery Operative - 2-3 days per week, including Mondays and Tuesdays
We are looking for Customer Delivery Drivers to deliver goods to customers while providing an excellent customer service experience.

In this role, you will:


  • Be the face of THX
  • Interact with customers onsite and ensure they're satisfied
  • Take pride in being responsible for ensuring customers receive the hire equipment they have ordered on time and in a positive, friendly manner
  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Ensure we meet our target of 98% ontime delivery
  • Resolve problems promptly, communicating with customers and colleagues as needed
  • Load and unload THX's hire equipment using appropriate lifting equipment and manual handling techniques
  • Follow safe working processes while driving and loading/unloading.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in a customerfacing role
  • A valid, clean UK driving license for manual vehicles
  • Familiarity with IT and navigation systems
  • Able to work Mondays and Tuesdays and other days as required
  • Willing to work overtime, including ensuring all rounds are completed
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Our shift patterns are 5:30am4:00pm and 6:00am4:30pm, Monday to Friday. _
