Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to applicant enquires, qualifying and registering them
  • Conduct viewings
  • Handle all administration relating to property marketing
  • Provide administrative support to others
  • Handle administration for lets including referencing and creating tenancy agreements
  • Receive customers and visitors to the office as first point of contact
  • Handle movein appointments
  • Support Property Management when necessary
  • Take responsibility for property compliance
Knowledge, skills, experience

  • Ability to multitask
  • Good level of spelling and grammar
  • Good communicator, relationship builder
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • 1 year customer service or front of house experience
  • Detail orientated
  • Positive cando attitude, team player
