Role OverviewThey are looking for People & Development (P&D) Operations Manager to join their People & Development team, so if you are a natural solution-focused leader who is comfortable working in a demanding and ever-changing environment - this position might be foryou
In this role you will lead the People Operations team through the employee lifecycle ensuring a seamless service to internal customers.
You will be accountable for several disciplines including systems, data ownership and employee life cycle administration.In addition, you will have accountability for managing the outsourced system and benefit service providers and ensure that all the HR Operations statutory and corporate deadlines are met.
To be successful in this positions you will have the following skills, competencies and experience:- Previous experience of leading an operations team across the employee life cycle administration
- Project management skills and experience of coordinating multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines in the medium and long term
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience using and maintaining an HR systems
- Understanding of employment law trends and relevant legislation
