An award winning leading law firm with a fantastic culture are seeking a Recruitment Advisor in a permanent role on a part-time basis.

About the Role
This is an excellent, broad role that will provide recruitment support across both fee earning and business services roles and will work closely with the generalist HR team

Duties include:

Responsibilities include:

Driving the endtoend recruitment processes
Managing relationships with key hiring managers regarding resourcing needs
Implementing attraction strategies
Liaising with agencies and managing relationships
Managing metrics and reporting

Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a recruitment role within a professional services environment. This role will suit a self-starter with the demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
