Ontic, an aerospace industry leading provider of 'Extended Life Solutions' for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, has an opportunity for a Stores Assistant to join our team based in Staverton to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans.

What will you be doing?

You'll be accountable to the Stores Manager for supporting the efficient running of the Stores function, and ensuring correct procedures are carried out in the storage and issue of materials. You'll be picking and issuing stock according to pick lists, maintaining accurate stock records and carrying out regular stock control, ensuring Health & Safety and Quality regulations are always adhered to, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and service delivery which will contribute to the development of a first class stores solution.

What will you need to know?

You'll have experience of working in a fastpaced stores environment, ideally within aerospace/manufacturing with a working knowledge of stock control systems and be computer literate and able to use ERP systems. Due to the requirements of the business you'll need to be able to work flexibly throughout the week.
