Architectural Technologist/Design Coordinator

£37,000 - £45,000 per annum

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Provide architectural design input, incorporating innovative and practical solutions.
Proficiently utilize Revit software for architectural drafting and modelling.
Conduct project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
Maintain organized filing systems for architectural drawings, documents, and project records.
Coordinate BIM activities, ensuring accurate and uptodate model information.
Ensure compliance with technical accreditations and quality management systems.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between external consultants, inhouse design team, and manufacturing facilities.

Requirements:

Strong architectural background with proven experience in architectural design and coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Revit software for architectural drafting and modelling.
Excellent project planning and organizational skills.
Familiarity with BIM coordination and practices.
Ability to maintain technical accreditations and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Must be local to Northampton and able to work from the office.

Salary Range:
£37,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Pay:
£37,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
