ROLE OVERVIEW
We're hiring for a In-House Producer to join our amazing Marketing Team.
As a Producer you will be responsible for the delivery and trafficking of the Creative for Marketing and Advertising campaigns.
You will be the heartbeat of the Creative In-House team working with them and the wider teams within Marketing to deliver Campaigns, on time and with brilliant creative execution.
This role requires an experience Producer who has excellent knowhow and is currently working across Campaign delivery for multiple Media channels both ATL and BTL.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Planning - Working closely with the Marketing and Media teams to understand Campaign plans, requirements and deadlines. Ensure that projects are delivered end to end, with the highest quality and always on time.

Creative Process - Protect and lead the production process with our internal teams (and external when needed). Resource planning, workflow, and traffic management of the end to end process. You will also look for innovative solutions in our ways of working, ultimately aiming to deliver a smooth and creatively beneficial process.

Creative Love - You are a passionate advocate of quality Creative that is bold and market defining. You want to make great work and pride yourself on the output. You recognise and nurture brilliant creativity.

Media Understanding - You are proud of your knowledge of the inner working and technical requirements for Media channels. You've worked across them all in some capacity and can help guide the Creative team to produce the needed requirements to deliver the campaign.

Team - Supporting the creative team and their idea; representing, owning, championing and finding creative solutions to bring an idea to life in accordance with the Campaign. You will work closely with Creative Director, Marketing Director and Head of Brand Marketing to deliver the plan. And when needed, you will look at external partners, and bring them into help.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- You have worked for an Advertising, Creative or Media agency in a Production role.
- You have worked and managed Creative teams and resource before.
- You will have created processes/structures to ensure the timely inception and delivery of creative work and advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of major media channels process, timings and required formats.
- You have an excellent knowledge of the creative industry with a healthy pool or contacts and freelancers to engage with.
- Most importantly, you're excited by creative and the potential it has to engage, excite and entertain people.
