Starting Basic Salary 21.5k + Commission
We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing West London team, based in Ealing.

Ortus Recruitment specialise in Education Recruitment placing Teachers and Support Staff in schools and nurseries throughout London.

We are currently a small team looking to grow quickly, meaning there are great opportunities for progression and to be an integral part of building the branch.

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule interviews for Recruiters
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on new hire onboarding
  • Coordinate with our Training department on new hire training
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes are completed in a timely manner
  • Report any issues or concerns regarding the employment process to HR Manager

Required Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a busy organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ATS (Job Tracking Software) is required.

Salary:
From £21,500.00 per year
