FINANCE MANAGER

37 hours per week Hybrid - 2 Office/3 Home based

27 days holiday + Bank Holidays

4.5% matched cont. Pension

Working for the Head Office of a chartered organisation who provide innovative solutions across a regulatory arena to promote growth in supporting, informing and advising the Finance and Corporate Services Director

Responsibilities:

Ensuring high standards of operational support for key clients whilst managing the operational financial affairs

  • Manage the Finance team
  • Provide financial management of all costs and profit centres within the group
  • Accurate monthly financial reporting to the Finance and Corporate Services Director and Chief Executive
  • Monitor and oversee reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Monthly payroll for all staff
  • Manage financial affairs of the companies to ensure full compliance and best accounting practice standards
  • Support the Management teams to secure delivery of all goals
  • Management of contracts and ensuring consistency in processes
  • Management of pensions, performance, rewards and benefits
  • Provide competent advice and support for the Board members
