FINANCE MANAGER
37 hours per week Hybrid - 2 Office/3 Home based
27 days holiday + Bank Holidays
4.5% matched cont. Pension
Working for the Head Office of a chartered organisation who provide innovative solutions across a regulatory arena to promote growth in supporting, informing and advising the Finance and Corporate Services Director
Responsibilities:
Ensuring high standards of operational support for key clients whilst managing the operational financial affairs
- Manage the Finance team
- Provide financial management of all costs and profit centres within the group
- Accurate monthly financial reporting to the Finance and Corporate Services Director and Chief Executive
- Monitor and oversee reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Monthly payroll for all staff
- Manage financial affairs of the companies to ensure full compliance and best accounting practice standards
- Support the Management teams to secure delivery of all goals
- Management of contracts and ensuring consistency in processes
- Management of pensions, performance, rewards and benefits
- Provide competent advice and support for the Board members
