Why your role matters
This role is all about meaningful relationships, with our partners, sister companies and with our internal teams. WorkNest's approach to partnerships is evolving and you will need to help shape that change.

What you'll be doing
We know that not all partners are equal but it's your job to make them all feel equally important.

Through an understanding of our commercial tiering model, you will follow tailored marketing plans, supporting the Senior Partnerships Marketing Manager to provide the appropriate levels of support.

Key to the delivery of our partner program is an understanding of our PRM platform, PartnerNest.

You will be responsible for maintaining the system, encouraging partner engagement and usage, as well as championing it's use in new ways.

The success of our PRM will be a critical factor in the growth of our partner channel. Continuing to encourage engagement and increasing usage will underpin this. Thinking smart is what this role is all about.

Working together with your marketing colleagues you will have a deep understanding of their plans so you can leverage their activities to support your partners.

Where you'll be working
This is a hybrid role (a minimum of two days per week in the Chester office, with the rest of the week remote)
