_As an Admin Assistant at Goodwins Hall Care Home, you will be responsible for providing a high standards of customer service and positive first impressions for all guests visiting the home._

About the role:

Salary:

£11.44 per hour.

Shift Pattern:

37.50 hours per week including some weekends.

Home Location:

Goodwins Road, King's Lynn, England, PE30 5PD.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinating all front desk activities including answering all incoming calls, providing information for callers, redirecting calls or taking accurate messages ensuring they are passed to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
Assist the Home Admin Manager with payroll tasks such as setting up new starters, recording absence and annual leave and processing leavers.
Support the Home Admin Manager with daytoday admin tasks ensuring that they are completed with accuracy and efficiency.

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

You will have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills, ideally Microsoft Office, together with an eye for detail.
You are confident in handling personal and sensitive data and ensuring it is maintained in a confidential manner, at all times.
You are organised, numerate and accurate, with a 'cando' attitude.
