Description
Energetic and enthusiastic *Female Support Worker required for a delightful and bright eleven-year-old girl who has Cerebral Palsy. The support worker will be required to work with our client in a supportive role within the family home. Our client lives in the Holbeach area.

We are seeking a part-time support worker for 25 hours per week plus bank holiday cover. This will be on a rota basis.

Term Time shifts are 14:00pm-20:00pm Monday to Friday

Saturdays 10:00am-16.00pm or 16:00pm-20:00pm

School Holiday shifts are 10:00am-19:00pm and 11.00am-20:00pm.

Saturdays 10:00am-16:00pm or 16:00pm-20:00pm

Ideally you will be flexible to cover additional hours, annual leave and sickness and attend therapy training.

We are seeking bubbly, enthusiastic and very energetic support workers who are flexible, patient and dynamic.

Ideally you will have experience of working with children with disabilities, however we will consider applicants who are new to care work.


You will be working closely with private treating therapists and supporting the client with her OT, Physio and SALT programmes.

Bank Support workers are also required.

Rates of pay:
£14.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £16.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
