Membership and Benefits Advisor (Customer Service)

CIM, The Chartered Institute of Marketing - we support, develop and represent marketers, organisations and the profession all over the world. Our ability to award Chartered Marketer status recognises a marketer's commitment to staying current and abiding by a professional Code of Conduct.


Role:
Permanent - Hybrid (2 days per week office based and 3 days remote)


Hours: 35 hours per week


Salary:
£21,840 rising to £23,920 after successful completion of probation


What you'll be doing:


  • You'll be providing an exceptional level of customer service to our existing and potential new customers
  • You'll be supporting customers throughout all stages of their journey with CIM
  • You'll be passionately promoting our membership and benefits to customers, members and colleagues
  • You'll be exceeding our customers' expectations ensuring they have all that they need to make informed decisions relating to CIMs' solutions.
  • You'll be listening to our customers and encouraging feedback
