As an Administrator Co-ordinator you will be responsible for liaising with clients and suppliers, effectively processing data and managing timescales of installations.

Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider to a wide UK customer base and they are now looking to expand their team with a Administrator Co-ordinator in their Altrincham office.


Description

As an Administrator Co-ordinator you will be:

  • Handling client and supplier communication, via mutli-channel
  • Monitor, verify, validate and sign off the various stages of delivery ensuring deadlines are met and internal operations/support teams are kept up to date on delivery against the plan
  • Liaise with Partner companies, Managing agents and contractors to approve planning packs and wayleave as well as arranging surveys and installation dates
  • Place orders with 3rd party providers and managing the endtoend service delivery
  • Accurately maintain the CRM system records
