Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and efficient person to join our friendly and supportive team as a Discharge Facilitator in Burstead Ward at Basildon Hospital.

In your role you will liaise with other departments and wards, offering effective support to the ward team to assist with the flow of patients within the hospital and in turn help reduce patient waiting times.

Teamwork is critical to maintaining the exceptional level of service that the administration function currently provides. As our successful applicant you will have a proactive attitude with the ability to remain calm, focused and organised.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in written formats are essential along with current Information Technology skills to enable the input of data on electronic tracking systems such as 'Teletracking' and will display exemplar administrative capability.
