About the Role #LI-Hybrid Hybrid work model

The Global Claims Vendor & Recovery Expert will be responsible for the ownership and development of the CorSo Claims Global Recovery program and supporting the effective delivery of Claims Service Provider activities across the regions.

They will be accountable for the continuous improvement of the Recovery process focused on identification, investigation management and tracking of opportunities.

They will coordinate the utilization of data and development of predictive analytics to support recovery optimization.

In addition, they will lead the design and delivery of performance reporting and performance management through the Recovery Champions based within the regions.

The role will support the Claims Global Outsourcing Lead with the effective delivery of Claims Service Provider services within CorSo Claims.

They will own and lead the delivery of CSP performance management framework, including delivery and analysis of performance data, facilitation of oversight processes and support regional teams in CSP best practice.

In addition, this includes supporting the onboarding of new delegated authority service providers and governance oversight.

About You (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities)

Experience of managing recovery and vendor management oversight, ideally across multiple lines of business (Property & Casualty)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners at all levels.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple cases or projects
Experience of use of predictive modelling to support performance improvement, ideally within claims recovery
Curious, you bring new perspective, and you can adapt quickly and effectively to an ambiguous or changing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software
Proficient in English; additional languages (e.g. European) is a plus
University degree/equivalent preferred
