Role Overview:


You will be an integral part of a small successful Head Quarters team of people focusing on administration and PA support to the Managing Director of a leading martial arts franchise.


Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.


Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to office team
  • Follow office filing system
  • Answering the phone according to the system and deal with calls
  • Opening and filing post
  • Extensive diary management
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Business errands e.g. post office
  • Maintain and manage client information
  • Processing new members through the system (supporting member management)
  • Attending meetings and take minutes as required
  • Coordination of events across the business
  • Supporting the leadership team with onboarding and recruitment processes
  • Additional adhoc project support, as business require

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years experience working in an Administrative or Personal or Executive Assistant Role
  • Experience with learning and adapting to new software
  • Extensive experience with data entry, diary management and computer operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills and attention to detail

Remuneration:
£22,000 - £24,000
(depending on experience)
