**The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for an friendly and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about working with Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to work closely with students, providing academic and emotionalsupport on a 1:1 or group basis. You will also need to build a rapport with the students, encouraging them to take a more proactive and independent approach to their learning. Due to the needs of the students, the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will need tohave experience working with children or young people who have Special Educational Needs such as Autism, Complex Needs and challenging behaviour. This role requires full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
**ASD School - SEN Teaching Assistant
**This thriving ASD school is located in Uxbridge, Hillingdon and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school is very small and has around 210 students therefore, classsizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in class. This school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
