Skills and Experience

  • Have previous experience working as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in the financial service sector
  • Experience in partnering with design teams, technical teams, test teams and business owners to identify solutions and resolutions to problems.
  • In depth understanding of delivery methodologies for example, but not limited to Scrum, Waterfall, Agile.
  • Good problemsolving skills and ability to deliver High standards in terms of Requirement analysis, attention to detail, time, cost and quality
  • Ability to work with business users and engineers to resolve day to day BAU issues which might involve liaising with third party software providers to perform root cause analysis and proposing a path to resolution to issues reported
