fashion house known for its classic and fashionable couture with some well-known fast fashion high-street British brands are looking for an
Office Manager to join their friendly team in Fitzrovia.


The role for the Office Manager will be managing four floors occupied by staff including designers, pattern makers, cutters as well as less creative "straightforward" office staff.

You will be managing the company calendar and maintaining meetingrooms, arranging international travel for affiliated businesses in China and in Australia, assisting the nicest Finance and HR Director, and negotiating contracts with the suppliers amongst other duties.

Line managing an Office Assistant/Runner.

Salary is up to £35K, working from the office in Tottenham Court Road 5 days a week.

Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm

The Office Manager will be based on reception and deal with incoming calls, visitors and DHL couriers.


Office Manager duties:


  • Receptionist
  • Managing company calendar and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Preparing and organising documentation on behalf of all office staff for the wice weekly courier (DHL)
  • Staff inductions for new employees
  • Liaise with & manage cleaning company, Landlord, recruitment companies, builders and all facilities etc
  • Basic IT support and assisting FD manage IT provider
  • Managing the annual leave online system
  • Assistant and support FD with HR and Pension administration.
  • Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationary and equipment.
  • Developing and implementing new procedures/office administrative systems to ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Responsible for Health and Safety, Fire Safety and First Aid
  • Arranging Visas and relevant documents
  • Assist FD Manage Travel Budget
  • Support FD on Facilities Management
  • Carrying out any other duties (PA tasks for example) commensurate with the grade and purpose of the post.
