We are actively looking for a Trainee Welder to join our team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. To learn Tig and Mig techniques working on the highest quality Stainless Steel Fabrications.


Person Specification

  • Previous welding experience is required with a weld test during the interview
  • Willingness to learn and to drive excellence
  • A team player

Responsibilities

  • Follows detailed assembly instructions, to create complex welded frames for the unit
  • Responsible for quality control procedures
  • Report quality, process, and equipment problems to their Production Team Leader
  • Utilize small hand tools such as drills, grinders, riveters, weld cleaners
  • Makes own setups, alignments and adjustments maintaining tolerance in accordance with instructions
  • Complete daily production logs and time sheets
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Turn off and lock off equipment when not in use
  • Perform other tasks when needed to help with production levels.
