Exciting opportunity for a B2C Head of Digital marketing with performance marketing and retails digital shopper marketing experience.

THE COMPANY:
My client are a leading FMCG company. This is a hybrid working role, with 2-3 days in the office.

THE ROLE:
As Head of Digital Marketing you'll be responsible for leading the digital marketing agenda developing strong, innovative and fully integrated digital strategies across an exciting portfolio of brands, You'll be accountable for;

Creating, inspiring and leading the development and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy across brands and channels to increase consumer awareness and engagement
Leading and overseeing the team's effective management of the digital channels ensuring that they are technically robust
Developing and overseeing the team's execution of highly engaging and high performing digital initiatives. Managing the budget and allocating resources effectively.
Managing brand positioning of digital initiatives adhering to brand and tone of voice across multiple brands
Key part of the marketing leadership team

YOU:
To be successful in the Head of Digital role you'll be experienced in B2C digital marketing across performance marketing, retail digital shopper marketing, content creation and social media as well as;

Proven track record in developing and executing high performance integrated marketing strategies and budgets across all aspects of the digital marketing mix
Proficient in using analytics tools, automation tools and platforms
An exceptional communicator and influencer who has the ability to drive influencer across a broad network of stakeholders conveying ideas and complex information
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
