Description

Main duties as Field Service Engineer:

  • Responding to and completing service calls on a variety of drinks machines
  • Carry out all necessary repairs and services, ensure all machines are in good working order and reporting any major faults
  • Manage customer satisfaction throughout the full process
  • Continuously manage machine and part stock

Required experience/qualifications:

  • Previous engineering experience (1 year minimum)
  • Previous electrical or mechanical engineering experience (1 year)
  • Full UK drivers licence
