A London based School is recruiting a HR Assistant to join their team.
The post holder will effectively provide HR administrative assistance and support to the Deputy Director - Head of People and support with a high-level of administrative support system.
Job responsibilities include:
- To produce contracts of employment, contractual change letters and other employment related documentation
- Manage monthly people management statistics, from data sent from the People team across the six academies
- To oversee and administer the Apprenticeship programme for the Trust and across all the academies
- Coordinate meetings for the Deputy Director
- Head of People, to include bimonthly Teams meetings
- Arrange travel, as appropriate, for the Deputy Director
- Head of People, in liaison with the Central Team
- Place all recruitment advertisements for the Central Staff team on Eteach and advertise internally
- To take minutes, as required, for meetings, grievance and disciplinary investigations and hearings
- Experience assisting with the process of recruitment, supporting with the administration of recruitment
- Administrative experience preferably within a busy office environment
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Substantial experience of Microsoft programmes such as Word and Outlook
