JOB TITLE:
COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Administration focal point for the assigned ETP business.
  • Listing of contractual exceptions, modifications and qualifications as provided by Commercial Manager / legal
  • Initiate DD's Compliance / Financial as may be required for Tender
  • Assistance in preparation of Invitation to Tender Documents and Evaluation of Tenders when assigned to external projects.
  • Assistance in preparing documentation for approvals such as new country entry, new client, and agents.
  • Maintaining up to date registry of country legislation for core countries Company works in.
  • Updating and maintaining Client Contracts Register, Consultant Contract Register, Agency Agreement Registers and monitoring expiry dates.
  • Scheduling, coordinating and attending risk review meetings and preparing the minutes of the meeting
  • ERP assisting with uploading of contract/project information into ERP
  • Assistance to Finance Department in invoicing clients and payments to Consultants/Subcontractors.
  • Assistance in maintaining and updating Standard contracts and model clauses database.
  • Assist in compiling responses from, legal, tax, commercial and insurance relating to particular proposals and tenders.
  • Attend/support internal and external audits as required.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring relevant Commercial KPI's.
  • Any other duty as directed by the Commercial Manager.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


  • Experience in a similar tasks / role
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multi
- tasking

  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Problem solving is limited to discussions with other team members
