Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 with 1 hour lunch break (40 hours per week)
Start date:
ASAP / Immediate start
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join a privately-owned facilities company to support with the wider business operation.
- Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and managing diary appointments
- Processing of expenses and invoices
- Liaising with suppliers about their accounts, contracts and prices
- Assisting with Health and Safety and HR function
- Arranging travel routes and forward planning schedules of teams, extract vehicle tracking reports, administering employees' timesheets (recording worked hours)
- Maintaining information on systems, databases, and procedures
This role will be suitable for someone who:
- Has amazing communication skills by telephone and in person
- Has the ability to build great relationships with customers and staff.
- Has great attention to detail; loves numbers and can navigate the Microsoft Office suite; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Is highly organised, methodical, consistent and proactive
